Hullett Properties has put its first condo for sale on the West Penn Multi-List for its 26-unit 2554 Smallman Street project in the Strip District.
Breanna Tyson, the principal of the company, which is now based in Lawrenceville, said she has sold one unit already and three are under contract for a development needed to reach a 30 percent pre-sale level to achieve financing to go forward.
She has listed one unit on the market so far, planning to list more gradually, while pursuing the sales process through Hullett.
Construction is expected to be underway in February or March, said Tyson, of her first project as an independent developer.
Tyson expects the project, designed by Strip District-based Indovina Associates Architects, to draw a mix of downsizers and buyers seeking second homes, among other residents.
“I think it’s going to be a really good mix,” she said.
Hullett closed on buying the Smallman street property on which a Quality Granite Outlet operated in March 2018.
