Breanna Tyson, an owner of Hullett Properties, announced on LinkedIn that James Cafe is now open, which is the firm’s first cafe.
She indicated James Cafe will be open every day for breakfast and lunch, and features Variety Coffee Roasters out of Brooklyn.
After a successful sales process for the new building’s 27 condos, Hullett originally sought to lease the retail space in the building’s first floor but opted to establish their own restaurant when finding a tenant amid the pandemic proved difficult. The menu features a variety of breakfast sandwiches, salads and wraps, along with a selection of coffee options.
Tyson has indicated she plans to also bring a James Cafe to Hullett’s redevelopment of the Triangle Building downtown.
